TSi Power Corporation uninterruptible power supplies (also known as UPS, UPS systems or battery back-ups) are a single conversion topology available in standard box enclosures, outdoor NEMA enclosures, slim-line rack-mountable, OEM versions, and with optional rack mounting kits.

These UPS are for industrial or commercial applications where uptime and efficiency are critical to an operation's mission fulfillment. Typical UPS back-up times are from 8 to 20 minutes. If longer times are desirable, choose an uninterruptible power supply with extra battery cabinet flexibility, and enough extra battery cabinets to satisfy your requirements. 

Redundant UPS, dc to ac inverters, or motor-generators are possible to include if adding an automatic transfer switch -- similar to the RAID concept of Redundant Arrays of Inexpensive hard Drives-- subject to the following caveats: they must be UPS that are sine wave output even when running off of the batteries ~ below, that would be the XUPs or Premium UPs Series, and if you use a motor-generator as part of the scenario, it is recommended that you use an ac to dc to ac, on-line double conversion UPS such as the Falcon units to enable handling regenerating frequency).
